Chicago North Shore closing figures in February Property sales were up 16.7% from closing totals in February  of 2014 and 0.8% higher than market action reporting sales last month. February 2015 sales were at their highest level compared to February of 2014 and 2013. February YTD sales are running 4.3% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales totals.
